Don't have the right diploma yet? No problem! You can start with us as a lateral entry employee.

We offer an accelerated work-study program! With a background in social care, education, activity guidance, or social or cultural work, it’s possible to start working as a pedagogical employee within just 3 months! Through this program, you earn the additional certification needed to qualify as a pedagogical employee. The great thing about this accelerated program is that you can start working (paid) immediately, and Kindertuin covers the cost of the work-study program!
