Complaints procedure
The Childcare Act regulates the quality, financing, and supervision within childcare. The principle of the Act is to establish uniform rules that make the childcare sector transparent, enabling parents and caregivers to consciously choose a specific organization.
The rules within childcare are determined by general legal frameworks such as the Childcare Act, building regulations, general occupational health and safety standards, other legal guidelines, and policies. The supervisory role of the GGD (Municipal Public Health Service) is based on nationally applicable rules.
The inspectors from the GGD regularly inspect our locations and are very positive about our childcare services. You can read this in the GGD inspection reports, which are available for viewing on our website under the locations section.
